Research Area: |
|
My previous research has involved exploring charisma in leadership and defining Christian beliefs. I have also completed meta-analyses on trust in organizations, the effectiveness of GDSS systems, and the use of structural equation modeling in the Communication literature. My dissertation focuses on a testing a model of social and moral emotions developed from studying the effects of proselytism on believers and non-believers to organizational and occupational value systems. |
